Moldy Trichophaea

On August 2020 I found a group of Trichophaea hybrida/gregaria growing on the side of a forest stream.

Most of the fruitbodies were covered in this white mold-like stuff. The hyphae appear to have clamp connections. I have a faint memory that some specific species grows on Trichophaeas.

Does anyone have a clue what this might be?
