Have hard to id it, any suggestions?

Spores 29-35x 13-15 um asci 8 spored
parafysen septate, asci react in lugols.
sorrunded by greenalgae

Have looked on it in lichens of great britan but was uncertain.
Its a rare lichen?

It is said to be a short-living / ephemeral lichen (best prospering in cold season), likely an overlooked but in any case rarely collected species. I have never collected this by myself :) but keep a duplicate in herbarium from one my Austrian colleague. Zd

first time seen it was in late december then no spores, now i was at the same site and now it was mature.
I willl go back in april and see if its still there.
