spore measuring software

Ok looking at some images like this by Alain GARDIENNET, i gather it is dificult to or at least time consuming to measure spores dimensions cos they are oriented in any possible direction. The accuracy is questionable if greater accuracy neeed at all, I don't know about that. I guess greater accuracy is better.

So in order to exploit benefits of milions of pixels provided by modern digital cameras, to gain greatest accuracy & simple software demands (to be able to measure objects in any direction) I made
this application Tested on 1000 x microscope magnification image, at approx. 1 milion pixels, and it provides 1/128 micrometer accuracy. More pixels greater accuracy.

If anything unclear, do ask.
