Asci 56-86 x 6 microns, spores 4-7 x 2-3 microns. Hyphae with septa and at the top a button. I do not have a reaction with Lugol or Melzer.

This should be Calycina, there are species that change their colour in this way, but I cannot name a species. The major part of species have amyloid asci, so when it is actually inamyloid this would be a good character.
