Have you some idea about these minute blackish flask-shaped, erumpent, ostiolate pseudothecia that grew on thin branches of Ribes petraeum at 1700 m of altitude?
The ascospores have an inflated cell close to the apical end
Thanks again

Re : Ophiobolus(?) on woody sustrate
Hi Enrique,
interesting! This year I found a similar species on Ribes alpinum, also at high altitude. The ascomata are clearly collapsing in my collection, could you observe that as well?
I only took some quick photos of my fungus as I didn't have time yet to study it more thoroughly. I couldn't find a name for it either unfortunately.
Best wishes,
Gernot

Hi Enrique and Gernot,
you don't give enough data but attached paper could possibly help.
Cheers

Re : Ophiobolus(?) on woody sustrate
Hi Martin. You are right because our data are very scanty, but the problem is I know any Ophiobolus species on woody sustrate.
I think this fungus is not in Shoemaker's monography that I have read!
Thanks
