see attached, but as far as I can see there are no illustrations of this species in MM7

She lists the illustration number(s) (where relevant) next to the species name; here you can see there is no such number
Fig. 11 shows Gnomonia ostryae and Fig. 112 (I thought I would check that too) is of Sydowiella depressula
