Conidia which are more than 15× longer than wide are termed scolecosporous. ?

Hi Yannick,
a good reference for such terms is: Snell&Dick 1971, A Glossary of Mycology, Cambridge.
It is normally very cheap in antiquarian bookshops (check eurobuch.com and press "Preis+Vers." after your search, that sorts the results starting with the cheapest).
Best regards,
Martin
