loc.: Slovenia, Storži?, 2100 amsl, on rock, rare thing. About only specimen I observed.

BTW: the fourth letter of slovenian alphabet is automaticaly changed to ? at this forum.

Many lichens can fit with yours.
Without microscopical informations, it's impossible to say. A vertical section of perithecia could help us too.
