Bometon JavierApotecios hasta 1,3mm amarillo pálido, sesil, en madera de abeto.

Ascas 75-100 X 9-10 um, IKI + ( azul, difícil de ver en la foto).

Esporas 9-10 X 4-5 um, hialinas, LBS 0-1 um.

Parafisis septadas, con contenido vacular CBs el ápice, bifurcadas.

Puede ser Calycina?

no, este Hymenoscyphus imberbis. The asci should arise from croziers.  Apical ring should be of hymenoscyphus- not Calycina-type.

Hola Zotto, he hecho una nueva preparación, tiene usted razón en la anterior no interprete bien lo que veia, pensaba que no tená baculos me cuesta mucho encontralos en esta especie. La amiloidia también me parecio tipo Calycina en la anterior preparación, sin machacar la muestra no veia claramente el poro apical tipo Hymenoscyphus.

Yes, and the apical ring type is not visible in the living asci as indicated by one of your arrows.

I also feel the asci are simple-septate.
