does anybody have an electronic version of Bellemère 1968, discomycètes inoperculés, Bull. Soc. Mycol. Fr. 83: 393-640 + 753-931 ("1967")? I have a good hard copy but would like to cut out the splendid images. This book is far too rarely cited, it offers a great amount of data on ontogeny and anatomy, though mainly based on dead material (not always! - for instance Mollisia cf. ramealis).
