Isaria?
Björn Wergen, 14-12-2014 13:43
Björn WergenHi there,

I have a collection of an unknown fungus of which I think that it belongs to the genus Isaria. Probably someone can help me with ID. It has small conidiospores of 3-4,5x1,5-2µm and grows on dead Picea debris.

regards and thanks a lot,
björn

Re : Isaria?
Hi Björn,  I assume that this was growing on a toadstool. The phialides are rather slender and the conidia probably in slimy heads: thus Tilachlidium brachiatum.

Best wishes       Walter
