Pyrenomycete on Sorbus aria

I'm looking for help with this pyreno found on a branch of Sorbus aria lying on the ground.
Stromata without much of a defined shape or form; they are black, somewhat effused, smooth but with irregular outline and a bumpy surface due to the individual perithecia. The perithecia have a papillate ostiolum. Asci long cylindric, thin-walled and filled with numerous droplets when immature, no apical apparatus observed, IKI negative, 8-spored. Paraphyses filiform, up to 2.5 wide, tapering a little bit towards the apex. Ascospores hyaline, smooth, without sheath or appendages, usually with 1 transverse middle septum which can be difficult to observe, sometimes aseptate, only rarely somewhat constricted at the septum, (7.5)8-11(15) x 2-2.5 µm.
Not a very distinctive fungus but I'm hoping that someone might recognize it...
Best wishes,
Gernot
