I would like to know if someone as access to this publication:

Sawada, K. 1922. Descriptive catalogue of the Formosan fungi II. Report of the Department of Agriculture Government Research Institute of Formosa. 2:1-173.

Could you provide me with a pdf copy of the description of "Phoma macrostylospora"?
I need only page 114, or maybe 115 too, if the full description is not restricted to page 114.
