I would like to ask some help for a problem. At the branch / stem of a holly I found these discs. The color of the disc turned from yellow-orange to eventually black. Under the microscope was very tough membrane surrounding it. I also found only traces, no asci. Could this be an anamorphic of an asco? Does anyone have an idea for me?
