On Picea abies. Lots of this stuff on all surrounding trees.
Slovenia, 1300 m amsl. The green stuff are not fruiting bodies, I think,  and in time overruns all white stuff, doh it is mostly unnotable at this point. Entire surface greened attached, but had to look around hard to find one.
