Bernard CLESSE, 08-01-2016 23:22
Bernard CLESSEBonsoir à tous,

Suite de mes récoltes sur renouée du Japon.

a) asques IKI+
b) paraphyses cylindriques très guttulées
c) spores fusiformes, parfois arquées, très guttulées : 12,5-18,5x2-3

Re : Cyathicula sur Fallopia japonica ?
Hi Bernard

great, this is Cyathicula paludosa (= Malotium paludosum). The spores are very typical.

I have seen samples with and others without croziers, so this would be valuable to know, did you look at the ascus base?

I assume it is from 2.1. from the same place as D. castaneus?

Hi Zotto,

Great thanks for your answer !

Yes, this is the same place as for Dasyscyphus castaneus and there were plenty of other fungi (asco and basidiomycetes) on dead stems of Fallopia japonica !
I will check if there is or not croziers at the basis asci.
