Tiny black spheroid pyrenomycete on Quercus

In Northeastern North America (New York City). On bare wood of Quercus.  A tiny black roughened spheroid pyrenomycete, less the .5 mm wide and tall. Large, non-papillate ostiole.  (There is a faint reddish coloring at the rim of the ostiole in younger specimens, not shown very well in these photos).  Pictured here mounted in Lugol's, negative for amyloid reaction.  Spores thick-walled, brown, mostly 3-septate (?), 15-22.5 x 5-6.5 microns.  8-spored asci, bitunicate (?), inoperculate (?), 75-105 x 9-12 microns.  As I am fairly new to this you will see the above description contains (?) where I am unsure of my conclusions.  Please feel free to correct me.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
