Salvador Emilio JoseHola buenas tardes!! Necesito ayuda para la ident
Hi to everybody
I need again your help with these yellow, shortly stipitate, ascomata up to 1 mm, found on Fagus sylvatica leaves on calcareous soil at 1200 m. The asci are 8-spored, IKI rb Calycina-type, arising from croziers . Paraphyses and marginal cells with yellow refractive VBs as the marginal cells from the flanks. Excipulum with any textura porrecta.
I don't find any species that matches well with my collection.
Have you some idea for me?
Thanks again
The guttulate paraphyses and thin-walled excipulum forbids an Allophylaria, the former also a Calycellina. I am without an idea :-(
Hi Zotto
I think this is not an Allophylaria. The excipulum is absolutely different....
Hi Enrique,
I think it is not a Calycellina, in this genus most species have (sub)sessile apothecia, as well as the content of the paraphyses is mostly a longitudinal vacuolar body.
In spite of the apical apparatus I see no difference to a Hymenoscyphus which has usually stipitate apothecia and guttulate paraphyses. In your foto the apical apparatus looks like Calycina type. Is it really?
Best regards from Lothar
