En voulant examiner Hypoxylon cohaerens à la bino je me suis aperçu qu'il était couvert de petites billes noires diam 0,15 mm, un peu molles en touchant avec une aiguille.
A la micro, pas d'asques ni de spores, seulement une multitude de conidies +/- cylindriques 4,8x9,3µ à 2 guttules.
Qu'est-ce que c'est ? est-ce courant ?

je suis d'accord avec Gernot pour Immothia atrograna mais il existe aussi un Capronia minuscule, glabre, fréquent sur Annulohypoxylon dont l'anamorphe produit des conidies similaires. C'est en observant des ascomes sexués que tu seras fixé. Le Capronia a des cellules arrondies opaques à la surface supérieure des ascomes, bien visibles par écrasement d'un ascome sous une lamelle.

Et il y a peut être aussi d'autres candidats!

I certainly agree with Jacques, it's always good to be cautious with these asexual morphs. Immotthia atrograna is a rather common fungus on old Hypoxylon stromata and its conidia look very similar. Often its sexual morph is also present so maybe you can find it to confirm the identification!
