some days ago, on the lower surface of leaf of Que
... collected 29.10.2018 in the Biosphere Reservation Schwäbische Alb (Baden-Württemberg, Germany, plot AEW6C-N Kb044) on the cut area of a lying thick log of Prunus avium.
I measured only one ascus: 95/11 µm - the asci are with croziers and seem to bei IKI-negative!
The spores are mostly biguttulate, about 7,5-9(10,5)/3,5-4,5(5) µm, the paraphyses apically 1-2 µm broad and containing conspicuous vacuolar bodies.
Can somebody provide me with a hint? In the moment I would call this Calycellina spec. - perhaps there is some similarity with Leptodontidium? Not trabinellum, the spore form does not fit.

wie groß sind denn die Apos? Das einzige was mir einfällt ist Ombrophila lilacina, wenn auch die farbe nicht stimmt. Viel Gel hat die ja nicht.

Hallo Zotto,
die Apos waren so ca. 0,5 bis 1 mm - ganz exakt habe ich sie nicht gemessen. Vom Habitus könnte die O. lilacina sein. Einen Lilaton habe ich nicht beachtet (sonst hätte ich wohl selbst den Gedanken haben können), auch kein Gel bemerkt. Nun ja - sonst passt ziemlich viel, das muss ich zugeben.
