I cannot say. Phaeohelotium but the apical ring looks like Calycina. Lepotodontidium perhaps, but with these spores I don't know.

Living asci would be good, it seems that the fungus is mainly overmature. The spore contents might have altered. Ascus base with croziers? perhaps more photos of the blue apical ring?
