Hymenoscyphus seems correct. Perhaps you need to compare H. conscriptus which is typically on Salix wood/bark, although the spores sound a bit too wide.
How is the apothecium diameter? Did you look for the ascus base (croziers)?

O.k., croziers are clearly absent, which excludes H. conscriptus and also H. calyculus and H. subferrugineus which all have croziers.
The only idea I have is H, vitigenus, but a clear idea of this I also do not have.
