Hello,I'd like to ask for you help:
1. Is it Unguiculella eurotioides or something else?
2. Spores in ascus seemed euamyloid - could there be some IKI+ sheath?
Apothecia 100-150(180) um, yellowish, on hardwood.
Hairs uncinate, glassy, IKI-, CR-, KOH- (without heating).
Paraphyses with uncinate apex.
Asci H+ , IKI-. Spores perhaps not fully mature (almost no free ones).
Thank you very much in advance.
Viktorie

Re : Unguiculella eurotioides?
Hi Viktorie
I never saw an amyloid reaction of spores in Unguiculella. And I think this is U. eurotioides, yes.
No sequence seems to exists of this species, and I would be happy if someone would take DNA of it.

Re : Unguiculella eurotioides?
Dear Zotto,
thank you for confirmation, I wasn't sure if it's not only herbicolous species.
I'll consult it how much material would be necessary for sequencing. It might be difficult to clean it completely from contamination, there were some anamorphs nearby. Will let you know when there's any progress with it.

Re : Unguiculella eurotioides?
I often had it on wood/bark, not sure if it is always the same, but at least very similar. What was the substrate here?
Thanks for trying!
