William SlosseYesterday I found this species on the underside of dead branch lying in deep Hedera helix litter.
I do not know what to make of it and I found till now any spores.
Can anyone give me a clue for the genus?
Many thx,
William

Re : Orbilia sp???
I suspect it is a basidio.

Re : Hypocrea sp???

I suspect it is fully unripe Trichoderma aureoviride.

Re : Hypocrea sp???
Agreed - certainly immature Trichoderma aureoviride.

Re : Hypocrea sp???
Thx Lothar and Hermann you bouth have it undoubtedly right.
Hypocrea aureoviridis seems to be a synonym of Trichoderma aureoviride.
I still have some specimen maturing in a patri dish.

William
