Please about determination this interesting collections from summer. Apothecia only several milimetres in diam., without marginal setacceous cells, excipulum consist of subhyaline to yellowish cells of textura angularis-(intricata), 8-10 x 5-7,5 um. Asci IKI- in lugol reagens, 90-100x8,5-9,5 um, base (see fig. 2 - in dead, detail 6), paraphyses 112 x 7 um, guttulate (OCI see fig. 2 - in dead, detail 3 and 5), ascospores 0-1-septate, 17-19,5 x 4,5-5,5(5,7) um, Q=3,5-4, Qav=3,8, Me=18x4,8 um.
On dead petiole of Petasites hybridus, Slovakia, near the Tatra National Park, 800 metres above sea level, soc. Typhula uncialis.

This is Micropeziza umbrinella (= Allophylaria spoederholmii).
Let me say that the majority of cells are dead in your "live" collage anyway. Water alone is not sufficient, avoiding pressure keeps them alive.
