Patellaria atrata??
Maria Plekkenpol, 22-01-2020 21:09
I found these on bark, most probably Salix. I think/thought Patellaria atrata, but I read an older topic (2016) in which was said that wider spores could point at P. crassispora. I don't see blue-ish colouring anywhere and couldn't find much about P. crassispora either.
Spores av 47,5 x 9, Q=5,31 (20 spores measured).
Is this P. atrata?
Thank you!
Maria

Re : Patellaria atrata??
Hello Maria,

in my opinion yes. I find it quite often on Salix (caprea) on branches still attached. As I never saw a blueish pigment, I always named my collections atrata, also sometimes with a little broader spores.

best,
Andreas
