The substrate in this one is a Picea abies cone that was laying in a swampy depression.
The spores are a bit wider than than in most of the descriptions I found with a brief search. Asci with croziers.
Spore measurements:
(8.5) 8.8 - 10.8 (11.1) × (2.3) 2.34 - 2.6 µm
Q = (3.4) 3.5 - 4.5 ; N = 10
Me = 9.9 × 2.5 µm ; Qe = 4

Yes, in my opinion this is L. virgineum. The droplets in the hairs are typical, they are not VB-guttules I think as the cells below are rather empty, whereas VBs occur especially in the lower half of the hairs and are responsible for reddening.

That are warts. But internally are drops, and here I see they reach also down to the base. I am not sure, maybe they are vacuolar too.
