Do you have any idea about this coelomycetous fungi growing on Populus nigra leaves?I don't know the conidiogenesis but the hyaline and osteiform conidia seem very peculiar.

The conidia look like those of Leptodothiorella, microconidial/spermatial anamorphs of Guignardia and Phyllosticta. There is a species Phyllosticta populina that is occasionally recorded, but I don't know it and I'd be hesitant to identify without seeing macroconidia. Hope this gives you a direction to search in.

I have been looking at images of spermatia from other Phyllosticta and I see that they are very similar.
