Hi,

I'd appreciate your help with this Lachnum collection.
Host: indet. herbaceous stem.
Asci: without croziers.
Paraphyses: without strongly refractive VBs.
Hairs: without oxalate crystals, not inflated, at least up to 95 µm long. In one apothecium  covered by an orange substance (probably an artifact).
Ascospores: ca. 6.5-8 x 1.2-1.8 µm.

It seems like L. reynoutriae would be close...

at least the substrate is clearly Reynoutria. But I think the species fits also.

I wasn't sure about the substrate because I didn't see any Reynoutria at that location.

I actually see a bit difference to my Reynoutria-photos in cross section, but Rumex in comparison has a different appearance (rilled instead of smooth).

Die großen runden Poren fehlen bei dir.

Hier R. japonica (HB 9963).

Ich denke von außen besehen lässt sich Reynoutria gut ansprechen.

Könntest du mir die Funddaten schicken, ich würde den Fund ggf. aufnehmen in die Beschreibung.

Danke für das Vergleichsbild. Hier noch ein paar Fotos von einem weiteren Schnitt von einer anderen Stelle des Stängels. Die großen Poren sind in dieser Form tatsächlich nicht vorhanden.

Der Stängel ist nich hohl, sondern markgefüllt. Wäre Helianthus an dem Standort eine Option?:

Der Standort ist eine feuchte Straßenböschung, darüber stockt ein Fichtenwald, und auch in der weiteren Umgebung gibt es keine Sonnenblumenfelder – Helianthus würde ich daher ausschließen...
