Helicoma muelleri?

On a necrotic section of a living Tilia cordata I found what I think is Helicoma muelleri. The conidia are 13-14 µm in diameter. In addition to the normal helicoid conidia there are large dark ellipsoid objects that look muriform. I have not found an explanation for these objects. Can they be explained somehow?
