On Robinia pseudoacasia
Marcel Heyligen, 11-10-2025 20:27
Marcel HeyligenFound on a barked branch, 14 mm in diameter, of Robinia pseudoacasia. Hairy-fibrous fruiting body less than 400 µm tall, anamorphic spores with 6 septa. Has anyone ever seen this and/or has a name for it?

Re : On Robinia pseudoacasia
Thanks for the information, Alain.
Morrisographium fusisporium, which occurs on Robinia, has much larger spores than what I observed.
What I found strongly resembles a Morrisographium, but I haven't found any conidia with more than 6 septs.
Enrique Rubio shows Morrisographium ulmicola on his website, which is quite similar to what I have. https://www.centrodeestudiosmicologicosasturianos.org/?p=70348

I can't find any further information and don't have enough to identify the find.
Sincerely,
Marcel
