Hi Oluna & Adolph..

Perhaps it is a basidiomycete.  Cystofilobasidium species are similar but bear their basidiospores on a swollen cyst.  Maybe your species has a reduced cyst.  The spores look like basidiospores to me.  The attached picture is an isolate from a hibernating bat in a cave.  It looks something like yours, although it has a large cyst and round spores.
