The gelatinous sheaths around the paraphyses make me almost certain this is indeed Ruhlandiella berolinensis. See the paper: Dissing, H. & R. P. Korf. 1980. Preliminary studies in the genera Ruhlandiella, Sphaerosoma, and Sphaerozone (order Pezizales). Mycotaxon 12: 287-306. Check the illustrations of the gelatinous sheaths.

This is available online if you don't have the journal. Go to www.mycotaxon.com and on the first page find the words CYBERLIBER and click on that as a link to their site. Select "Journals" on the left, and then select Mycotaxon and find volume 12.
