Bonjour à tous,Je vous présente cette Ascomycètes dans une montagne d'excréments pense bovins.
Je pense Iodophanus carneus, mais les spores n'ont ni décoration avec du coton bleu.
l'amyloïde asque entier, en particulier dans les asques vide et caractéristiques microscopiques me conduisent à penser à cette espèce.
Que voulez-vous vous en pensez?

I think I see very fine warts on the spore group right above, do you have it in higher resolution? The guttules in the paraphyses are typical of I. carneus, also the transient (hemiamyloid) IKI reaction. You can put an apothecium in KOH for a minute and then try IKI or MLZ, the asci will turn entirely blue.

Salut Pablo.
Cela ressemble bien à Iodophanus carneus. L'ornementation des spores est variable; elles peuvent être lisses ou plus ou moins ornementées; mais l'ornementation n'est pas toujours façile à mettre en évidence.

Je n'ai réussi à voir l'ornementation qu'après plusieurs tentatives, parce que Rémi Péan m'a dit de la chercher, sinon j'aurais abandonné. Les trois apparences des spores sur la photo.
