Depends on the excipulum, perhaps a Mollisia (excipulum of globose brown cells) or a Calycina (excipulum hyaline, cells more elongate).

Thanks for your comments Christian and Zotto. It was rotten wood of Salix. Can't add anything about nature of excipulum - my sections are still too thick I'm afraid...
