Yellow discomycete on Picea branches

Dear Friends

Today I had the opportunity to see asci of mysterious sample from the branches of Picea. They are a little immature, but still very distinctive. Maybe this will help to learn it?

Thank you in advance,
Alex

This is obviously Lachnellula suecica. Did you check with Lugol?

Usually it stains bright red, but some collections were inamyloid. Don't use Melzer, then you get no reaction in any case, unless you pretreat with KOH.
