Bonjour tous, Sur cône d'épicea fortement imbu,
Hi to all:We have collected on hare dung these very small (up to 150 microns in diam.), cleistothecioid, roundish ascomata with a reddish brown excipulum. They have up to 7-8 big, clavate asci up to 80-100 x 30-32 microns that have >64 (maybe 128) ascospores. Mlz. (-), not operculate.
We think could be Thelebolus dubius var. lagopi (Rea) Doveri.
What do you think?

I also harvested once described by Thelebolus dubius var.lagopi Doveri. Your copy looks good to the one I found, and I think your determination is correct. Unfortunately I have no pictures to offer you.?

Il est très possible qu'il s'agisse de T. dubius var. lagopi. L'année passée, le 7 avril, j'ai récolté sur un excrément de renard, un champignon que j'ai déterminé comme étant cette espèce, bien que les asques soient plus larges.
Je te remets la planche de mes dessins et une photo.

I often very difficult to achieve accurately count the number of spores in asci multisporés, but there were more than 128 per ascus.?
