Salut:
 j'ai besoin de votre aide, il s'agit d'un Ascomycete hypogée, localisé 7 exemplaires de Balsamia, 90 % des spores ont cette forme irrégulière, pensez-vous vous qui cela peut être une formation mauvaise des spores ?

Jamais vu sur une Balsamia, mais la paroi rugueuse et les guttules cassées sont souvent typiques des spores qui vont germer. Je ne pense pas qu'on devrait avoir 90% des spores en germination, il y a surement une anomalie.
Les spores sont-elles montées en eau?

la préparation cette avec Hoyer ou avec eau, le résultat est le même. Les spores ont déjà cette forme à l'intérieur de l'asca.?

Hi Ita, they look macroscopically like Balsamia  species (polysperma maybe) but they look a little wet in your field photo. I tried to se it better but can't increase the magnification of your image, are they disintigrating? Or did you store the sample in the fridge overnight at too cold a temperature. Or might they have suffered from the recent European cold weather? the oil drop looks like its collapsing.
