First a circular fruitbody with lots of hairs and in a later stage a transparent bulb probably containing one or more circular asci.Â
Setae: thick walled 2.3-3.2 um, septated (5-septa mostly) 208-356x7.41-8.52 um, pointed and rounded tops.
No paraphyses observed.
Spores: 9.97-10.85x7.94-8.46 um.
When mature the outer layer of the fruitbody separates from the inner structure still holding setae and the transparent bulb appears. Radius of the bulb is 0.56 mm.
Looking at the sizes of the spores and the shape of the fruitbody there is no match in my view with T. Zukalii or T Sphaerospores.
Microscopical information for both fruitbodies shown is identical only the sizes for the spores is somewhat smaller because they are still inmature.
