onother one on rubus
hannie wijers, 20-04-2013 20:20
This frb was hairy, also on Rubus. I think the brown ones are hairs? I don't know what the spores are. I found round ones and also inside of the "hairs"?  The lenght of the hairs are 62-67x8-9 µm. What's inside the hairs? is 10-14x4-5 µm and  the round ones are 4-5 µm.

I hope you undersatand what I mean .

Thanks and a nice weekend

Re : onother one on rubus
Hi,

it is not really clear what you show here, because it seems to be the rests of a hyphomycetous or conidiophorous species. Perhaps Sporidesmium rubi?

btw: try so find small black ridges, they belong to species of the genera Lophiostoma / Lophiotrema. They are very very frequent on this substrate.

björn

Hi Hannie

looks like a Chalara anamorph. The rectangular conidia are formed within. It could be the anamorph of the rare Tapesina griseovitellina, Chalara rubi, which is specific to Rubus.

But what is in the white centre of these apothecioid structures?

Re : onother one on rubus
Hello Zotto, I'm not sure what it is. I found also round cells/spores  in the fungi under the mic. Maybe it belongs to the white spot. There are more like this one. Maybe one of these days I can try to separete the white spot in the middle.
