P. Anserina is close to P. Comata but the latter has smaller spores

Re : Podospora Anserina?
Hello Joop.
The lower caudal is often ephemeral, it is well Podospora anserina.

Re : Podospora Anserina?
Hello Joop and Michel,
the species seems to be clear, but what about the name?
I prefer the name Podospora pauciseta (Ces.) Traverso, because the epithet pauciseta is older than anserina.
Look also at IF, Mycobank.org and Lundqvist!
Don't know, why Francesco Doveri favours anserina?

Re : Podospora Anserina?
I will change the name Norbert.
But on the other hand in The Canadian Journal of Botany from 1969 there is an article from J.H Mirza and R.F Cain called Revisions of the genus Podospora that handles P. Anserina and does not mention the name you provided.
