Sporomiella pilosa?
hannie wijers, 02-05-2013 19:16
I think this could be Sporomiella pilosa? I found it on horsedung. The frb was hairy at the top, The young spores are more or less a little roundish in the asco. The length of the spores are  62- 66 x13 µm. The cells separeted are between 15-16 µm. some are 20 µm.

Thank you

Hannie

Re : Sporomiella pilosa?
Hello Hannie.

Your mushroom looks good to S.pilosa with his hair on top of the neck (see data Ascofrance), but spores are long compared to the description. Can you measure a number to specify?

Michel.

Re : Sporomiella pilosa?
Hello Hannie,

Sporormiella pilosa seems to be a good name.
I have 11 founds of Sporormiella pilosa, 6 on horsedung!
The spores are between (55)60-65(70) x (12)13-15 µm.
Which other species should it be?

Norbert

Re : Sporomiella pilosa?
Michel and Norbert thank you both.
Michel I just found one example on the dung and it will be hard to measure again the spores. I allready thought that this was the one I mentioned.  But I wanted to be sure I didn't make any mistakes.

Best wishes
Hannie
