Trichopezizella horridula?
hannie wijers, 26-02-2014 17:15

Hello,

I'd  like to have any help. On a piece of decayd wood I found the tichopezia-like frb. I don't exactly know what kind of wood it was.

I measured the spores in water, the were between 12-16x 2-3 µm. some of the spores were septated. The asci were 63-70x5 µm. Brown hairs septated about 4x. Parafysen septated 2 times.

The asci were J+ with Lugol

Can anyone tell me if my idea is correct?

Re : Trichopezizella horridula?
It is Lasiobelonium variegatum. Typical the undulating hairs on the underside.

T. horridula is on grasses, but L. variegatum s.l. may also go on grasses.
