Did you apply any iodine reagent (IKI, Lugol's solution or Melzer's reagent) to this mount?


In any case it looks interesting! If you have the apothecia still attached to its original substrate, try to keep them moist in order to allow apothecial ripening!

Pozdrav Nevene, konacno se "upoznajemo", koleginica Maja mi je pricala o tebi. Valjda niko nece zameriti što pišem na našem jeziku. Jesam, koristio sam lugol. Na žalost našao sam samo ova dva primerka ali ovih dana idem na isto mesto pa cu proveriti da li su se pojavile još koje.

Baš mi je drago - pretpostavljam da se radi o Maji Karaman! Mislim da se ovdje možemo služiti našim jezicima, a pored toga naš je odnedavno i službeni jezik u uniji :-)

Ukoliko bi pronašao nove apotecije, moja suradnica i ja stojimo ti na raspolaganju uklju?uju?i i samu analizu materijala!
