Psilocistella conicnola?

Hello!
I've collected a small white discomycete on a short leg on the pine cones (in the pine forest of Eastern Ukraine). Does it look like Psilocistella conicnola?
Spores are 5.4-7.1*2.5-3.2; asci 26-38*5.1-7 um, IKI blue, with croziers. Paraphyses in the living state are strongly IKI+ (coloured rusty red).
Hairs bottle-shaped, 28-38 um long.
