Re : Daldinia cf. fissa ?
I believe D. fissa was recently synonymized with D. vernicosa.  Take a look at the key in the recent Daldinia monograph (2014):

A polyphasic taxonomy of Daldinia (Xylariaceae)

Re : Daldinia cf. fissa ?
Hi Pavol,
this is most likely D. petriniae, at least a member of the complex of closely related species. I was not aware it occured as early as mid June at ascigerous state.
D. vernicosa has a gelatinous interior that turns hollow and differently shaped and darker ascospores.
Cheers,
Jacques
