Hi,
First, I would like to apologize for this, since it isn't an ascomycete.
I have found this fungus on leaf litter (Tabebuia sp.) in southeast Brazil.
My first thought was it was a Lachnum species, but when I was looking through the microscope I realized it was a basidiomycete. However, until now I had no clue about what it would be.
So, thank you very much Enrique and Joseba for give it a name! :@)

Re : En rama de Viscum ?
There is another different (?) taxon, Lachnella villosa, that seems to choice herbaceous stems.
