these strange for me discs are about 0,1-0,2 mm wide.
The spores are about 10-12x2 with some droplets and asci about 30-40x7-8.
The paraphyses can branch, are widenet at the top, where is some kind of vacuole, 2-4 wide. There seem to be same vacuoles at the margin, too.
Any ideas of the genus?

I think i see this prominent refractive drop in the ?capitate paraphyses. Seems to be a Calycellina. You don't have a closer photo of the living paraphyses and asci?
You could test with CRb whether the spores have a lilac sheath.
