Asco on Abies alba bark
Adam Polhorský, 20-03-2016 16:02
Hi everyone,
this blackish asco was found on bark of dead Abies alba, elevation 1000ms.m.
Open moist apothecia 0,7-1,1mm, closed when dried.

Ascospores: 50-70 x 2-2,5?m, subvermiform, 7-8 septate, hyaline
Asci:100-130 x 10-12 ?m, no croziers, inamyloid in Melzer
Paraphyses: slighly inflated near apex, then narrowed again at the apex.

Thank you for your advice
Adam
