It's a hyphomycete, reminds me of Torula or something similar. Let's see if someone more familiar with these kinds of fungi will weigh in.

I agree with Gernot.


 No perithecial ascomata = not a pyrenomycete.

Yes. You are right. I thought this is a very old ascomata with ascospores debris.
